Construction on our brand new community is wrapping up quickly and we’re excited to introduce our brand new studio and one-bedroom apartment designs that will be available for move-in this March! These gorgeous designs include luxurious amenities like a full-sized fridge and granite countertops. Some of our favorite features include:


Environmental lighting


Our motion activated environmental lighting technology creates a soft amber rope lighting accent around doors during nighttime hours. This helps with spatial orientation and increases perceptual cues to help better identify walking pathways and drastically reduce falls. Never fall victim to dimly lit pathways again! Note: this feature is also available in our memory care apartments.


Private patio spaces


Enjoy your own private patio space to bask in the sunlight, catch up on some reading and water your favorite house plant! This is the perfect place for alone time to help recharge after a busy day interacting with friends and family members. If you like to host parties, utilize this space to plan your next summer BBQ with delicious appetizers, top-of-the-line grilling and entertaining card games. Note: the private patio feature is available in most of our studio apartment plans.


Walk-in closets


Sick of cramming all of your clothes into a tiny closet? We offer you enough space to comfortably store your clothing, shoes and bags with room to spare! When you head into your closet to pick your outfit for the day, you’ll feel a sense of calm because you’ll be able to view and easily access important items instead of having to dig through drawers, hard-to-reach shelves and laundry baskets. Note: this feature is available in most of our studio apartments.

Each of our 51 studio and one-bedroom apartments gives your loved one the space they need to grow and develop their passions.
