My husband and I just toured this facility with my mother-in-law. So many residents came up to us and expressed how much they loved it there. The place is so homey and clean. They even have the cutest resident dog, Bella. I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff and residents were. Tracy, who gave us the tour was so accommodating and knew every resident by name. She has a true gift in relating to others and making them feel special. Wow… just an amazing experience!

Start Here
Below you will find 6 essential next steps you or your loved one will need to take regardless of what Assisted Living community you move into... We are here to guide you every step of the way!
STEP 1:
AN Initial Consultation and tour with You and Your Loved Ones
We are here to help! In the initial consultation and tour, our experts will discuss the daily needs and challenges you or your loved one have. In that discovery process, we can share how our community and team members can help you regain and maintain more independence providing you assurance and a better quality of life in a home-like environment.

STEP TWO:
Registered Nurse Assessment
Our Nurse visits with each resident in their home or at the community to assess the resident’s needs and most appropriate level of care.
STEP THREE:
Personal Care Plan
The Registered Nurse will meet with members of our care team and family representatives to develop a Personal Care Plan, which will allow our Care Team to understand and meet the needs of you or your loved one.
This is a very important step in the life of seniors and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Our goal is to provide our seniors with the respect and dignity they deserve. We pride ourselves on treating seniors like family.

STEP FOUR:
Move-In Paperwork
Each resident will receive Move-in Paperwork electronically or in a binder. This paperwork is essential to the move-in process and MUST BE completed before moving into the Community. We help you with this process and take care of obtaining from your physicians the Medical forms such as Physician’s move-in orders, POLST (Physicians Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatments) and updated medication lists (Completed by Primary Physician). We go over your paperwork such as your Residency Agreement, Power of Attorneys, IDs, etc. These binder documents are taken home, filled out and brought back for review prior to move-in.
STEP FIVE:
Return Paperwork and Signed Residency Agreement
We set up a time with the prospective resident and/or resident family to meet with our Marketing Director and Administrator to go over all needed paperwork BEFORE moving in. All medical documents and a signed Residency Agreement must be completed and signed, and once we ensure all the paperwork is completed, we will take the next steps.

STEP SIX:
Time to Move In
We are here to help! As part of our move-in process, we can help coordinate movers, be here when furniture or other household items are delivered. You design your home your way! We aim to make your move-in experience special and unique.... starting with the Red Carpet Treatment! We also hang your paintings, photos, and curtains for you as an additional complientary service.
